Available for AI, systems, and technical leadership opportunities

I take complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into systems that actually work.

I’m a systems-focused consultant and builder with a background in physics, data analytics, and technical delivery. My work lives at the intersection of AI, automation, implementation, robotics, and real-world adoption.

About

A portfolio site that is both professional and personal

Systems That Work in Reality

I like the messy part: taking ambiguous goals, technical constraints, and real-world friction, then turning them into systems people can actually use.

Technical Depth, Practical Range

My background spans physics, data analytics, implementation, automation, and hands-on building. I am comfortable moving between theory, tooling, and execution.

Builder and Communicator

I build things, document them, explain them, and improve them. That includes enterprise systems, robotics projects, technical writing, and portfolio work.

How I work

I like turning ambiguity into momentum

Systems thinking, practical execution, and strong communication

The kind of work I gravitate toward usually starts messy: unclear requirements, competing priorities, real operational constraints, and a lot of moving pieces. That is the environment where I tend to do my best work.

1

Understand the real problem

I try to get past the stated request and identify what actually needs to work, who it affects, and where failure points are likely to show up.

2

Build for reality, not just the demo

I care about adoption, maintainability, handoffs, and edge cases. A solution is only good if people can use it under real conditions.

3

Communicate clearly while solving

I like being the person who can translate between technical details, business goals, and execution plans without losing the thread.

4

Iterate until it is stable

I am comfortable refining systems over time, whether that means recovering a rough implementation, improving a workflow, or debugging a physical robot.

Projects

Things I’ve built, studied, or brought to life

A mix of hardware, data, writing, and systems thinking

Massachusetts Weather Trends Analysis

Data Analysis

Cleaned and analyzed over a century of NOAA weather data (~3.2M records) to identify long-term trends in temperature, snowfall, and snow depth across Massachusetts.

  • Built full data pipeline from raw NOAA station files
  • Transformed and pivoted millions of records into analysis-ready format
  • Identified warming winter trends and shifting snow behavior

Hexapod Robotics

Robotics

Designed and built a six-legged robot combining an existing leg design with a fully custom body, control system, and power architecture to explore real-world locomotion and robotics systems.

  • Implemented tripod gait with coordinated multi-leg movement
  • Built custom control system using Raspberry Pi, PCA9685 drivers, and Xbox controller input
  • Engineered power distribution for 18 servos using LiPo battery and voltage regulation

Solar Test Yard System

Data Systems

Contributed to the instrumentation, calibration, and data collection systems for a large-scale photovoltaic research facility, supporting continuous performance monitoring and long-term research operations.

  • Worked with solar measurement instrumentation and calibration procedures in a live research environment
  • Supported continuous data acquisition and validation for photovoltaic system performance analysis
  • Developed documentation and system knowledge transfer materials for future student researchers
Why this site exists

More than a resume

I wanted a place that could show the full range of my work: implementation leadership, technical systems thinking, robotics, writing, old research, and the thread connecting all of it.

Resumes flatten people. This site is meant to do the opposite.

What I am optimizing for

Useful, thoughtful, technically grounded work

  • AI and systems roles where ambiguity is part of the job.
  • Projects that bridge software, operations, and the physical world.
  • Work that benefits from both technical depth and communication clarity.
Writing

Ideas worth expanding

From Physics to Applied AI Systems

Writing

How first-principles thinking, real-world systems experience, and implementation work converged into a systems-oriented approach to AI.

What It Means to Make a System Actually Work

Writing

A practical perspective on delivery, ambiguity, adoption, and the gap between systems that look complete and systems that actually work in the real world.

Being Neurodivergent in a Neurotypical World

Writing

An observational essay on masking, nonlinear thinking, hyperfocus, modern work, and the invisible cognitive friction many high-functioning neurodivergent adults quietly navigate every day.

Toward Persistent Epistemic State in AI Systems

Writing

Exploring coherence, memory, belief systems, and why future AI architectures may require persistent epistemic state rather than transient context alone.
